“Internal server error” in WordPress can happen for various reasons. It also occur when your website exceeds the memory limit.
To fix the error
1. check your .htaccess file
2. Increase your php limit.
3. Otherwise you must deactivate all plugins.
4. Or switch your WordPress to the default theme.
5. Atlast you can Re-upload core files.
To fix the “Internal Server Error” in WordPress:
1. Disable plugins and switch to a default theme to check for conflicts.
2. Increase PHP memory limit in wp-config.php file.
3. Rename or regenerate the .htaccess file.
4. Temporarily disable plugins by renaming the plugins folder via FTP.
5. Check server logs for more information.
6. Re-upload core WordPress files from a fresh download.
7. Seek help from experts if the issue persists.
