when we meet people from other groups, personally as a friend or neighbour. Then we lives with each other regardless of any other instincts. What do you think about this increasing space between people by the use of social medias?
Is social media making life easy? Or, does it manipulate our behaviour and thoughts.

The increasing use of social media has undoubtedly had both positive and negative impacts on human interactions and the sense of community. While social media platforms have connected people across geographical boundaries, allowing for the exchange of ideas and fostering virtual communities, there are concerns about the potential negative effects on personal relationships and face-to-face interactions.
One of the main concerns is the creation of a digital divide where online interactions replace or diminish real-life interactions. Spending excessive time on social media can lead to a sense of isolation and detachment from the physical world. People may become more focused on virtual connections rather than nurturing relationships with those physically present in their lives. This can contribute to a perceived “space” between individuals, as attention and energy are directed more towards the digital realm than the immediate social environment.
We can think of this controversy in two ways:-
First, talking about our friends and families, it has become very easy for everyone to maintain relationships. In today’s busy life, no one gets time to communicate or meet with anyone. Social Media plays a very important role in keeping in touch with their friends. Thus in this situation, I would prefer to say that social media has made our lives a lot easier.
Secondly, when talking about Social media in the field of religious controversies, it affects everyone in an improper way. People would be fighting over silly and unnecessary topics, wasting their time and energy. And even if they are discussing an important matter, they will be targeted and criticized for their personal choices and behavior. There are also some people who speak on the matter without even having complete knowledge about it. Thus, in this matter, I would say that Social Media indirectly manipulates one’s behavior and thoughts.
Therefore we can’t make any statement about Social Media. Everything has got its own pros and cons. It depends upon us how we react to a particular situation.
