Does anyone have any idea how I can run ML algorithms which I have written already to be run locally in various machines via some app? Like, I was planning on making an object detection ML algorithm and try to make an app around for Android Phones. One of my friend suggested to make the algorithm in Cloud Based Services like Kaggle or Google Colab or maybe host the Notebooks containing the Algorithm in some sites and then make an API to use it in the app. But for the API to work, the user would need an Internet Connection too, but I kinda wanted it to work without any Internet Connection? Is there some way this is possible or is it necessary to make API?
